Seeking a creative person (degree in arts/humanities/media) who would assist in communications for various programs at IITM's technology business incubation ecosystem. Also, drive the development, marketing and execution of IITMIC's digital initiatives : manage branding initiative, website contents, driving the overall growth of IITMIC's online presence and engagement with Press.

Core requirements:
Be involved in content creation ( websites, blogs, articles , press releases, flyers, etc.) - prior experience of freelance writing will be valuable here
Work with web designers to execute IITMIC's digital presence
Direct the digital branding /marketing strategies that align with core goals of programs/initiatives at IITMIC, including social media channels, blogs
Experience in graphic and communication design with emphasis on digital current media design will be valuable
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign) would be valuable
Fluency in English,



both written and spoken
A deep sense of creativity and pro- activeness
Self- motivated and driven, with a keen interest in learning current concepts and ideas
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of and familiarity with the challenges faced in a start- up workplace would be an added advantage. Who/what we?re looking for:

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience in managing official social media properties (websites, Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Twitter/ Google+ pages, blogs, newsletters, etc.)
Degree in humanities/arts/media will be ideal
A deep sense of creativity and pro- activeness
Self- motivated and driven, with a keen interest in learning new concepts and ideas
Ability to work under limited supervision, whilst producing high- quality work
