We are looking for a agile and experienced Consulting Director to join our team and lead our pre-sales and client delivery efforts in this specialized domain. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute pre-sales strategies and initiatives.

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

Create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our expertise and solutions.

Provide guidance and expertise during the pre-sales process to help secure recent business.

Client Delivery: Lead and oversee Oracle Cloud Financials Applications consulting projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closure.

Manage project teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical experts.

Develop and maintain robust client relationships,



serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell to existing clients.

Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Oracle Cloud Financials Applications updates, and best practices.

Share knowledge and insights with the team and clients through thought leadership content and presentations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pre-sales, consulting, and client delivery, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Financials Applications.

Solid understanding of financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Leadership and team management experience.

Oracle Cloud certification(s) is a plus.

Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; CPA or advanced degree is a plus.
