Brief Role : Assistant Manager - Quantity Survey (MEP - Electrical)

JOB TITLE: Assistant manager - Cost Consulting (Electrical)

REPORTS TO : AGM - Cost Consulting (MEP)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares the bill of quantities and costs related to Electrical works.
Monitors the actual quantity installed / constructed and compares the same to the contract and tender quantities and cost.
Prepares bar bending schedules.




Coordinates with planning regarding all related planning quantities.
Provides quantities for invoicing and contractual claims if required.
Prepares cost estimates of variation orders related to mechanical works.
Estimates quantities and cost of works related to Electrical works for tender documents. Salary:INR 5, 00, 000 - 6, 50, 000 P.A. Best in the industry
