Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator staff role based in Delhi, with a salary of up to 35,000.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms to support CAREERBLOC’s programs and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and planning content ideas, drafting and editing posts, creating basic graphics or short videos, and coordinating with the marketing or product teams to align content with ongoing campaigns. The role involves researching industry trends and audience needs, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and maintaining a consistent tone and style across channels.





The Content

Creator will also help track performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance content quality and impact.

Qualifications
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
Basic experience in social media management and digital content creation (posts, reels, stories, blogs, or short articles).
Ability to use common design or editing tools (such as Canva or basic video editing software) to create easy visuals and multimedia content.
Valuable research skills to understand career-related topics, learner needs, and current trends in education and employment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Robust attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort with on-site work in Delhi and openness to learning new tools, platforms, and content formats.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field, or relevant training/experience in content creation, marketing, or media; prior experience in education, career services, or related domains is an advantage.
