The candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build solid relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students or customers and respond to incoming inquiries. Explain courses, programs, products, or services clearly and professionally. Counsel students or customers according to their needs, interests, and requirements. Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Generate leads, maintain inquiry records
