Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Research real-estate and industry-relevant content topics.
Develop content briefs, scripts, captions, and social media posts.
Coordinate shoots with management, members, customers, and videographers.




Review and manage edited videos/content before publishing.
Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms.

Monitor comments, DMs, and route business enquiries to the concerned team.
Track content performance, analytics, reach, engagement, and leads.
Repurpose high-performing content and maintain an organized content library.
Coordinate and maintain a pipeline of customer/member testimonials.
