We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimation and Proposal Engineer to join our team. The Estimation and Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects and creating compelling proposals. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, knowledge of construction methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities : Cost Estimation : Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates. Utilize cost estimation software and tools to calculate material, labor, and overhead costs.

Proposal Development : Prepare detailed and well-organized proposals outlining project scopes, timelines, and cost breakdowns. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for proposals.

Bid Analysis :



Evaluate bid documents and conduct thorough analysis to understand project requirements. Provide input on bid strategy, pricing, and contractual terms.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align proposals with client expectations.

Risk Assessment : Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with project estimates. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure competitive pricing.

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Present and explain cost estimates and proposals to clients as needed.

Documentation : Maintain organized and detailed records of cost estimates, proposals, and bid-related documents. Ensure compliance with company standards for proposal documentation.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, construction methodologies, and market pricing. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements in the estimation and proposal workflow.
