Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Cramer OSS (Operations Support System) framework, ensuring alignment with telecom network and service provisioning standards. Customize and configure Cramer modules to meet specific client requirements, including inventory management, service fulfillment, and network planning functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, business analysts, and system architects to gather technical specifications and translate them into effective Cramer-based implementations.

Develop workflows, scripts, and integration components to interface Cramer with external systems such as CRM, billing, and provisioning platforms using industry protocols like CORBA, XML, and SOAP. Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance,



scalability, and reliability of Cramer applications. Support software deployment, upgrades, and patches in coordination with infrastructure and operations teams.

Document configurations, processes, and customizations in line with organizational standards and maintain change control records. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed Cramer solutions, addressing user issues and resolving technical incidents within agreed SLAs. Stay updated with latest enhancements in the Cramer suite and recommend improvements or adoption of recent features for operational efficiency.

Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, technical reviews, and training activities to uplift team capabilities in OSS/BSS and Cramer development best practices.
