Tracking the YouTube universe, trending videos, reaching out to key YouTubers in the beauty and entertainment space to execute projects for Nykaa TV.

Planning concepts that meet performance, growth & brand building targets, would include video and other ancillary assets in larger campaigns.

Video Creation:

Operationalising video creation at scale

Conceptualization and end to end creative development for Video storytelling

Finding and Liaising with different Production houses, teams and agencies to create creative content.

Coordinating with and supervising the production team from start to finish.

Liaise with the team to manage execution of all creatives (metadata + posts, banners, thumbnails + smaller cuts/edits) and collaborate with internal teams for campaign release.

Brand and product selections and sourcing:




Working with internal teams to select the right brands and products that best fulfill the consumer and brand objectives.
Sourcing products for videos in coordination with the brand and warehouse teams.

Pre-production duties
Planning a shoot + shoot flow
Conceptualizing, Referencing and chalking out treatments.
Script Structure + Writing
Creative Direction on set
Executing Creatives (for Thumbnail etc) on set.
Reviewing and working on video edits. Executing remote video projects with influencers:
Brainstorming relevant content ideas, around trends and tentpole events.
Selection of relevant influencer to match the topic and drive views and engagement to the YouTube channel
Reaching out to influencers, negotiating and locking cost
Briefing the influencers in detail with script, shoot guidelines and references for setup, lighting, camera, styling, HMU to get the best output.
Remote direction of influencers self-shooting the videos
Setting timelines for deliveries of the remote shoots
Working on edits with the influencers and in-house editors for timely release of the video projects.
