Coordinate logistics with third-party service providers such as audio-visual teams,decorators,and caterers to ensure all aspects of the event are professionally handled and meet required standards . Event Planning & Execution Take the lead in conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of in-cafevents including live music nights, interactive workshops, themed evenings, tastings, private bookings, and seasonal promotions

Develop comprehensive event plans with transparent timelines and budgets

Ensure every event is executed efficiently, reflecting the cafs brand and enhancing customer experience

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Build and maintain robust relationships with local artists, performers, and event vendors

Maintain and regularly update an event calendar to support consistent customer engagement

Customer & Community Engagement

Cultivate meaningful connections within the local community to attract diverse audiences and foster customer loyalty

Ensure that each event aligns with customer interests and strengthens the cafs identity as a social and cultural hub

Operations & Logistics

Oversee all event logistics including setup, execution, and breakdown

Coordinate with cafstaff to ensure seamless integration of service during events

Monitor crowd flow, ambiance, and guest satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly to deliver a secure and memorable experience

Key Skills (functional, behavioral) Proven experience in event planning or hospitality/event management (preferably in cafs, restaurants, or similar environments)
