Client Relationship - Assisting clients, updating clients about offers and policies, sharing product knowledge and engaging them in positive conversations.
Sales - Making sales, achieving sales targets, Cross and up-selling, maintaining outflow of qty, maintaining average bill value, managing and recording walk-in and trail room Conversions.
After-Sales service - Pick up updates, Alteration follow-ups, noting customer feedback, handling sales/product-related issues.




Floor management - arranging products in a presentable way, steaming of products, security tagging, back stock management, inward and outward stock and stock counting.
