Hiring for 1Mg (Healthkart Plus) and ( Urban Clap)

Designation:- Customer Service Executive (Domestic)

Job Role and Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls of customers and place orders as per their requests.
Outbound calls to customers advising them of changes in medical prescription orders if any.
Provide general information of status of customer's order.
Handling of customer inquiries on email, social media channels and Whatsapp.
This person would be completely responsible for query handling and should be a problem solver for customers. Should be pleasing on call and have a sense of understanding and ownership. Someone who would understand and then speak. Valuable listener. Who are we looking for:

Graduates Preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Patient, calm and humble in dealing with customers.




Good Listener.
Candidates with at least 6 months (minimum) to 1- year experience preferred.
Hustle and get things done attitude.
Self- motivated and willing to work hard to exceed targets
Robust communication skills and a flair for writing Compensation and Perks: Salary up to 25k in hand.
