Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries or concerns.
Provide accurate information and resolutions promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain a skilled tone and demeanor while communicating with customers in English and Hindi.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team for a swift resolution.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and call handling protocols.




Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in international voice process.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
