Role Description This is a full-time, in office Content Writer role based in Mumbai.

The Content

Writer will create clear, engaging, and SEO-aware content for the Houzeo website, blog, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing assets, with a focus on real estate topics and product features. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on market trends and customer needs, drafting and revising copy, proofreading for accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with product, marketing,



and design teams to support campaigns and product launches. The role also involves contributing to content calendars, optimizing existing content, and maintaining brand voice and messaging across channels.

Qualifications
Robust Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and user-focused copy.
Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning content with business and marketing goals.
Solid Research skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize information on real estate, technology, and customer behavior.
Excellent Proofreading skills with attention to grammar, style, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic analytics tools for measuring content performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Prior experience in real estate, proptech, or consumer technology content is an advantage.
