The Client Relationship Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (videography, content, marketing).
Ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Maintain solid client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
Assist in client onboarding and documentation.
