Job Summary

Girikand Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide travel-related information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide information about holiday packages, travel bookings, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
Assist customers with booking-related queries, itinerary information, cancellations, and modifications.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Coordinate with the Sales, Holiday Operations, Car Rental, and other relevant teams for timely customer support.
Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up updates in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved.
Provide skilled, courteous, and prompt responses to all customer interactions.
Maintain service quality and build positive customer relationships.




Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism will be an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or the travel industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and customer management systems.
Robust problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of travel bookings and holiday packages will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Location: Girikand Travels, Pune
