Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to focus on two key areas: generating leads for Tring through performance and email marketing, and maintaining relationships with marketing clients.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand requirements, think independently, and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision or handholding.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads for Tring.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve results.
Prepare performance reports and implement campaign improvements.
Email Marketing & Prospect Research
Identify brands that could be potential customers for Tring’s services.
Research relevant brands and decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
Execute email outreach campaigns and track their performance.
Marketing Client Relations




Understand client requirements and maintain explicit, skilled communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
Follow up on feedback, deliverables, and timelines.
Ownership & Collaboration
Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Take responsibility for tasks from planning to completion without requiring constant guidance.
Proactively identify solutions, communicate challenges, and manage priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to identify potential customers and understand business requirements.
Creative thinking and eagerness to learn current tools and strategies.
