Location: Delhi
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM enthusiast for the position of CRM Analyst. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about the implementation and management of CRM systems.Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily bulk data audits, prepare reports, analyze and work on corrections.
Add and manage accounts/contacts within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Conduct quick one-on-one training sessions with all users.
Gather requirements and feedback to improve our data systems and user experience.
Coordinate with and assist users in their daily operations, providing hands-on support and guidance.
Assist in maintaining data hygiene and contribute to the existing data correction.
