We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic HR Intern to support Talent Acquisition Employer Branding initiatives. The role focuses on EVP storytelling, Employee Referral Programme communications, and Talent Acquisition campaigns to strengthen Titan's employer brand and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content and communication assets for EVP and employer branding initiatives.
Design campaigns and communication materials for the Employee Referral Programme.
Develop employee stories, testimonials, and success stories for hiring campaigns.
Create presentations, posters, emailers, social media content,



and recruitment marketing materials.
Partner with employees and hiring managers to capture and showcase Titan's culture and people stories.
Track campaign engagement and recommend improvements.

Requirement
Pursuing/Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or related field.
Solid communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools.
Passion for employer branding, social media, and creative communication.
