Job Title: Field Operations & Management Executive Royal Epic Interiors & Furniture is hiring an experienced skilled to coordinate field operations and interior projects across Bengaluru.

Responsibilities: Visit project sites and monitor work progress. Coordinate site supervisors, workers, contractors and vendors. Plan work schedules and coordinate worker deployment. Track project deadlines, pending work and material requirements. Coordinate material deliveries with the purchasing team. Resolve operational issues and report delays to management. Maintain daily progress reports and site visit records. Coordinate between project sites and the office team.

Requirements: 4–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Experience in interior projects, construction, furniture or field operations. Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills. Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.

Job Type: Full time.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Location: Thanisandra, Bengaluru. No joining fee or security deposit.
