Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Develop illustrations, logos, graphics and other designs using software
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with writers and marketing team to produce final design
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand strategy

Requirements
Proven graphic designing experience - 2+ years
A robust portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects etc.)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Valuable to have experience in video graphics
