About the Opportunity
Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Technical Director and Plant Head through effective coordination, follow-up, MIS reporting, ERP reporting, and operational assistance.
The role requires strong communication, reporting discipline, and coordination across multiple departments to ensure smooth plant operations and timely management reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
Conduct daily production follow-up and status tracking.
Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, and management dashboards.
Generate and maintain ERP-based reports and data tracking.
Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and track action point closures.
Coordinate effectively between departments for operational and project-related activities.
Monitor pending issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Support management reporting and data analysis requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for operational and project-related communication.
Maintain documentation, records, and reporting accuracy.




Assist Technical Director and Plant Head in daily operational coordination and administrative activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Graduate in any discipline.
4–8 years of relevant experience in management coordination, executive assistance, operations support, or manufacturing administration.
ERP systems knowledge.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
Documentation and reporting discipline.
Follow-up and task management skills.
Analytical and organizational capabilities.

Preferred
MBA preferred.
Stability in previous employment.
Practical manufacturing exposure.
Solid problem-solving capability.
Ability to work under pressure.
Hands-on and proactive approach.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
