This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines, Digital Lending Guidelines, and KYC/AML standards, across all products and services offered through the MFL ONE platform. The incumbent will provide critical compliance oversight for the digital platform, encompassing customer onboarding, digital journeys, product launches, communications, disclosures, consents, campaigns, and platform features. A key aspect involves managing governance and compliance with a diverse range of fintech partners, Lending Service Providers (LSPs), co-lending partners, embedded finance partners, and payment service providers.

This position requires reviewing and approving current digital products, platform enhancements, APIs, and partner integrations to guarantee regulatory adherence before deployment. The role also entails monitoring evolving regulatory landscapes and driving the implementation of recent requirements from bodies like RBI, NPCI, and UIDAI. Furthermore, it involves coordinating compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, audits, and partner reviews,



ensuring timely closure of observations and continuous improvement of compliance controls.

Collaboration with Business, Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams is essential to embed compliance-by-design principles and establish robust governance within the MFL ONE ecosystem. The role demands the development and maintenance of compliance policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and MIS, alongside providing ongoing compliance advisory for all platform-related initiatives and strategic partnerships
