The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative visual content that reflects the schoolethos, engages parents and students, and enhances the institutionbrand presence across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

Create high-quality designs for school brochures, newsletters, posters, banners, signage, yearbooks, and other school-related materials.

Ensure consistent use of school logos, colors, and brand guidelines across all designs.

Digital Media

Develop graphics and layouts for the school website, social media posts, digital invitations, and online campaigns.

Events & Marketing

Design promotional material for school events, celebrations, admissions campaigns, and cultural activities.

Support in developing presentations and digital backdrops for events.





Collaboration

Work closely with the Principal, teachers, and administrative team to understand design needs.

Innovation

Stay updated with design trends and bring creative ideas suited to the school setting.

Suggest current ways to use visuals for student engagement, alumni connect, and community building.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelordegree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Robust creative and visual storytelling skills.

Knowledge of designing for both print and digital platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Photography and video editing skills (added advantage).
