Understanding the requirement acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions. Assist customers seeking foreign exchange / remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors / Branches or partnering banks.

Skills A graduate preferably with 1 - 4 years of experience in customer support (financial / e - commerce domains will be preferred) Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
