PURPOSE OF THE ROLE /POSITION:

Generate programs through CAM works software ,Calculation of cycle time of machining component as well as assembly & create routing in SAP. Special Jig & fixture design. Loss analysis of equipment & take corrective actions to reduce 16 big OEE losses

Improve OEE by adopting TPM practices.

Primary Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities : Generate machining programs from CAM software
Estimate operation wise cycle time and setting time
Conduct time study, method study & establish production norms
Improvement projects to reduce 16 big OEE losses under TPM
Process improvements under TPM
Calculate OEE & make loss tree for each equipment.
Preparation of machine & assembly layout to optimize material flow

Secondary Responsibilities:
Secondary Responsibilities Cutting tools application and improvements
Process cost reduction
