Weld cell RFQ document/SOR, CBA list Budgeting & approval taken from management.
Supervise the daily welding project operations, manpower allocations.
Lead and mentor for project leaders.
Quality assurance & coordination with internal department
Customer Handling.
Reporting management to HOD
Project Buy off, PPAP documentation review with project larder & successfully project handover to operation team
