Purpose of the role The face of the D2C platform in the physical market. Visit mechanics, roadside garages, small workshops, and truck operators in an assigned territory. Demonstrate the platform, register new buyers, facilitate the first purchase, and ensure the buyer can use the app independently. This role converts an unorganized market buyer into a digital platform user.

Key Responsibility
Cover assigned pin codes daily visit mechanics, garages, and small fleet operators to introduce the D2C platform
Register recent buyers on the platform (app install profile creation) target 15 recent registrations per day
Demonstrate app search (by vehicle model and part name), part selection, payment, and delivery tracking
Facilitate the buyer's first online spare parts purchase stay with them through the transaction
Follow up within 7 days of first purchase to ensure delivery satisfaction and resolve any issues
Capture buyer feedback on platform gaps: parts not found, confusing UX, delivery complaints report weekly
Maintain a daily activity log: shops visited, registrations done, first purchases facilitated




Attend weekly territory review with Category Manager / Lead BD
Participate in platform training sessions when recent features or categories are launched

Qualification & Experience
13 years in field sales, FMCG distribution, insurance agency, or fintech outreach roles
Knowledge of commercial vehicles or spare parts market strongly preferred
Smartphone proficiency; able to demonstrate app fluently in local language
High energy and comfort with ground-level market work workshops, roadside interactions
Local language fluency essential; Hindi and regional language preferred
