Business Partner resource onboarding o Onboarding vendor resources in Max Life o Adherence of end to end process for resource onboarding. o Ensuring assets availability, access approvals and creation o PO for the resources sent to the vendor o Trainings planned as per the teams requirements

Resource planning and Debottlenecking o Collaborate with teams to ensure they have the required resources. Reach out to the procurement team incase of change in count or type of resource o Be the single point of contact for the resource and team for smooth onboarding of the vendor resource

Business Partner Management o Resolve any vendor related concerns o Liaison between business partner and business stakeholders

-Develop sustain long lasting relationships

General expectations w.r.t the role

Ensuring Day 1 readiness of the resource

Timely approvals for asset allocation and access creation





Creating the relevant training plan for the resource

KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

3 to 5 years. Presently should be in vendor management or resource onboarding roles for large business.

Ability to work with cross functional teams;

robust networking and inter personal skills

Detail oriented, organized, critical thinker with solid work ethics

Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful,

persuasive personal style.

Self-starters comfortable in a project-oriented workplace and comfortable in dealing with large cross functional projects.

Ability to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well-articulated strategies backed up with metric driven value statements.

Ensuring compliance of the end to end process for resource onboarding.

Periodical communication and engagement with stakeholders on the status updates
