Samantaray Natural Farms Private Limited is building its packaged-food brand, Organutric. We are looking for an analytical skilled to research the FMCG market, understand competitor strategies and identify business growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Research local, regional, national and international-origin FMCG brands.

•⁠ ⁠Build competitor databases covering SKUs, pack sizes, UOM, MRP and selling prices.

•⁠ ⁠Analyse product pricing, retailer margins, distributor margins and promotional schemes.

•⁠ ⁠Research distributor networks, retailer coverage and geographical market opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Study competitor marketing, advertising, product quality and customer preferences.

•⁠ ⁠Analyse publicly available company turnover, financial performance and market growth.





•⁠ ⁠Conduct local market visits and retailer/distributor interviews when required.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare daily EOD reports, weekly analysis and monthly management reports.

•⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable products, pricing, distribution channels and marketing strategies for Organutric.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠0–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, market research, sales analysis, business research or distribution.

•⁠ ⁠Positive Excel/Google Sheets and internet research skills.

•⁠ ⁠Robust analytical, communication and report-writing skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to verify information and maintain accurate databases.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to conduct local market visits.

Salary: ₹8,000–₹14,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
