We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer – Heat Pump/Tankless Geysers with solid electrical knowledge and hands-on experience in Hot Water Heat Pump systems . The role involves installation support, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of heat pump systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Hot Water Heat Pump and Tankless Geysers. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedules Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service calls Maintain service reports, job cards,



and technical documentation Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs Education Qualification ITI, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) Experience Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in servicing Mandatory experience in Hot Water Heat Pumps Experience in heating systems / water heaters / HVAC equipment preferred Skills &

Competencies Solid electrical troubleshooting skills Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls Positive communication and customer-handling skills Willingness to travel to customer sites Ability to work independently and under pressure Location As per business requirement / site locations
