Computor Operator

Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate data entry of production reports, stock records, purchase orders, and daily operational data.
Maintain and update MS Excel sheets, ERP entries , and other digital records.

Handle printing, scanning, photocopying , and documentation tasks.
Monitor computer systems , ensure smooth operations, and report any technical issues to the IT team.
Assist departments like production, store, HR, and accounts with required data or documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure data accuracy.





Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Maintain proper file management digital and physical.
Support senior staff in operational and administrative work.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th / Graduate (Preferred: Diploma in Computer Application). Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .

Basic understanding of ERP / SAP (preferred).

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
0 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator.
Experience in a manufacturing unit will be an added advantage. Work Setting

Office-based role within the manufacturing plant.
Coordination with Production, Store, HR, and Accounts departments
