Financial Modelling

Manage Hedge activities includes hedge documentations, limits setting with banks.

Liaising & negotiating with banks for raising fund and non- fund working capital requirements from time to time.

Assisting in documentation of facilities from sanction till disbursement including the finalization of term sheet, documentation, co- ordination with their Legal Department, execution of documents, etc.

Prepare monthly profit & loss.

Established and maintained an effective system for analyzing and reporting on Bank & treasury operation related expenses.

Manage and/ or assist with transactional support.
