Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities. Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
Robust knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
Ability to configure and customize software solutions to meet complex business needs.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within application environments.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple platforms to ensure seamless application performance.
