Brief Role :

Managing day to day requirement of funds and deployment of surplus funds.

Preparation of Daily Cash Flow and Bank Position.

Drive excellence to improve profitability and resource utilization

Supporting Re- negotiation of prices in event of change in terms and condition or cases where business dynamics are different than that assumed at the time of commercial agreement.

Monitoring & Optimum utilization of Working Capital Limits.

Liaise with banks for rising recent debts in INR and Foreign Currency.

Highlight financial risk in the solution proposed and working to mitigating it.

Critically evaluate the solution for financial efficiency and work with the team to optimize, should there be an chance.

Drive productivity through successful engagement planning of valuation assignment, resource allocation, guidance to junior analyst teams, standardization initiatives and following best practices in project life- cycle management.
