Job Purpose: The Executive South America Market will support the company s expansion efforts in

South American countries by conducting market research, identifying new business prospects, assisting in sales expansion, and providing backend operational support. This role offers freshers an excellent prospect to learn about international business development and gain exposure to South American markets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on industries, competitors, and customer needs within South

American markets.

Identify potential clients, distributors, and business partners.

Support the sales team in lead generation, database building, and outreach activities.

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and market reports.

Provide backend support including CRM management, data updates,



and sales documentation.

Track and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) for project execution and client support.

Manage professional communication and follow-ups with South American stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.

Solid communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese (reading, writing, speaking) will be an added advantage.

Strong research and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
