The role is to develop the corporate insurance business of Optima insurance Brokers.

The role is based in Mumbai and is aimed to develop large and medium corporates - empanel them as clients of optima.

The territory would be predominantly Mumbai given the presence of large market here as well as other locations within West (Gujarat, Goa & Rest of Maharashtra).

The role involves development of a target list, conversion of the target list to a robust pipeline and eventually closing the accounts.

The role also involves consulting for the client from a perspective of managing the client s risk and ensuring that they are adequately protected.

Evaluate alternate prospects for enhancing the business relationship with the client (cross sell/upsell).

The role would also involve support preparation of broking slips (standard formats available),

negotiation of terms of placement with insurers and to manage/build the relationship with clients.
