Job Requirements
Handle incoming material inspection and quality assurance activities for Electrical bought-out components and supplier parts.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and process requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, production, and engineering teams for quality improvements.
Maintain and monitor rejection trends, Electrical assembly performance, and quality documentation.
Lead containment actions for non-conforming materials and ensure timely closure.
Work on product audits, process validations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective implementation of quality systems and adherence to plant quality procedures.
Generate and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and MIS through SAP.




Support current product development and localization activities from the quality perspective.

Work Experience
Solid knowledge of AMF Control panel & Terminal box manufacturing processes.
Good communication skills as involve with supplier for analysis inhouse & customer defects
Technical sound in electrical connections
Good understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, and VPPAP.
Knowledge of Panel components and manufacturing processes.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with customer , internal teams and suppliers
