Responsible to prepare BMR format for current product master card receive.
Ensure all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks of production department.
Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
Raise all kind of production departments resource requirement to Sr. Manager Pilot Plant
Generate the Engineering data from scaleup lab to minimize the risk failure at the commercial scale.
Batch Planning and Execution as per production plan.
Responsible for creating work environment of teamwork in pilot plant.
Responsible for maintaining effective housekeeping in department.
To Implement cost effective measures in the pilot plant
Implement measures for improving department efficiency.
Maintain all documents as per GMP compliance.
Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
Follow all the SOPs of the department.
To provide training to workers and employees
Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
