Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in instructional design, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage diverse groups of employees across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs through job analysis, employee feedback, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
Design engaging and effective training programs, materials, and modules aligned with business objectives.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions across various departments including sales, operations.
Utilize various instructional techniques such as workshops, Webinar and e-learning.



Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
Coordinate with external trainers and vendors when required.
Maintain updated training records and generate reports for HR and senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 3 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
Proven track record in delivering both classroom and virtual training sessions.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in training, instructional design, or adult learning.
Experience in developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
