Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads, and comparing actual performance against budget.
Internal Controls: Establishing and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work workplace.
Cash Flow Management: Managing and optimizing cash flow within the hotel.
Strategic Planning: Contributing to the overall financial strategy and planning of the hotel.
