Job Summary

Jaya Industries is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, with a robust focus on sales hiring across FMCG/manufacturing, along with operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, operations, supply chain, and corporate roles.
Drive high-volume sales hiring across multiple regions.
Coordinate with business leaders to plan manpower requirements and hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.




Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Build talent pipelines for critical positions and improve candidate experience.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Proven experience in sales hiring within FMCG industries.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
Solid stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and team-handling skills.
Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
