Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable courses based on their career goals, interests, and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working specialists regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits.
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing appropriate guidance.
Maintain student records, inquiry databases, and follow-up reports.




Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or EdTech will be an advantage.
