Lead and oversee synthesis, process development, and formulation projects for agrochemical products.
Mentor, train, and manage a team of Junior and Senior chemists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance workplace.
Drive technology transfer and scale-up from lab to pilot plant and support manufacturing integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, analytical, regulatory, and quality for successful product delivery.
Define and execute R&D; strategies and roadmaps , aligned with business objectives and market needs.
Ensure compliance with GLP, EHS, GMP, and other applicable regulatory standards.
Identify recent prospects for innovation, cost optimization, and process improvements.




Represent R&D; in management meetings and provide regular project updates.

Key Skills & Competencies
Qualification : M.Sc. / Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry)
Strong technical expertise in organic chemistry, agrochemical synthesis, and formulations .
Proven experience in leading and managing R&D; teams (10+ members preferable).
Expertise in process development, scale-up, and analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, GC, LC-MS).
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive multiple projects in parallel and deliver results within timelines.
