Screening & sourcing candidates through various job portals/ sites as well as from the in- house database.

Approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work.

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.

Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

Have to generate weekly & monthly reports of the task assigned.
