Prepare indents, layouts and manufacturing drawing to issue to the shop floor for fabrication to scale.
Prepare O&M; manuals, do final document submissions post-dispatch
Mechanical engineer with excellent knowledge of Autocad, PV Elite and Solidworks.
Experience with building, cultivating and leading a valuable design team
Ensure co-ordination with all other teams in the firm to ensure smooth functioning and on time delivery
Should be well versed with ASME section 8 and 3. Should understand materials well for customer recommendations.
Experience with customers like EIL, ONGC, HPCL, Toyo, BHEL, NTPC, SAIL, etc
Knowledge of designing equipment such as self cleaning filters, basket filters, cartridge filters, pressure sand filters, cyclone separators, strainers with pressure drop versus flow rate and free flow area calculations is highly desired.
Experience Required: Minimum 8 - 20 years
