Preparation of payment MIS- M&D;

Maintaining budgets for marketing and distribution expenses of all the movies

Circulating Budget vs actual report of all P&A; spents highlighting variances if any

Automations and Systems setup for various systems related aspects related to accounting function.

Develop and implement policies, procedures and systems for smooth functioning of the accounts.

Establish robust financial reporting mechanism & ensure discipline wrt accuracy and timeliness in reporting, by periodic critical review, both on quality and statutory parameters.

Ensure compliance- with various company policies on accounting treatment, US GAAP, Indian laws & accounting standards

Fixed asset accounting monitoring requisition & approval of fixed assets as per chart of authority, tracking of actual spends visa vis approved budgets against specific projects.

Record & tracking of individual fixed assets, location of each asset, capitalization against commissioning of assets, depreciation, tagging, physical verification, salvage as per company norms & statutory requirements.
