Valid nursing qualification and registration with experience in residential or educational healthcare
Provide 24×7 residential nursing support, administer medicines, monitor student health, maintain medical records, coordinate emergencies, and ensure infirmary upkeep

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24 7 residential nursing support and basic medical care to hostel students as required.
Attend to students in case of illness, injury, minor emergencies, and health-related concerns.
Provide first aid and administer medicines as prescribed by authorized doctors.
Monitor students health, temperature, vital signs, and general well-being when required.
Maintain proper medical records, student health files, medicine records, and incident reports.
Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications and maintain medicine stock.
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and emergency services whenever necessary.
Accompany students to hospitals/clinics in case of reliable illness or emergency, as required.
Conduct regular health checks and identify symptoms requiring medical attention.
Support students with common health concerns,



menstrual health, minor injuries, and general wellness.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of the hostel infirmary/medical room.
Ensure medicines and medical supplies are properly stored and available when needed.
Inform hostel management/authorized authorities about responsible health issues or emergencies.
Maintain confidentiality regarding students medical information.
Work closely with the warden, hostel administration, and college management to ensure students health and safety.
Be available for night-time and emergency medical assistance as part of the residential role.

Requirements:
Valid nursing qualification and registration.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, caring, and patient approach while dealing with young adults.
Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Prior experience in a hostel, residential school/college, hospital, or educational institution will be an advantage.
Residential stay is mandatory.
