HR Manager | National Digital Marketing Institute &
Training (NDMIT) Responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and workforce coordination across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and hiring coordination for various departments.

Employee Onboarding: Handling joining formalities, documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, induction, and employee records.

HR Operations: Managing attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, trainer working hours, salary coordination, and employee database maintenance.

Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, maintaining qualified relationships, and supporting employee engagement.

Performance Management: Coordinating performance reviews, monitoring employee KPIs, tracking daily reporting, and supporting performance improvement. HR Policies &
Compliance:



Developing and communicating HR policies related to attendance, leave, notice periods, code of conduct, and workplace discipline. Training &
Development: Coordinating with department heads and trainers to support employee training, development, and performance improvement.

Exit Management: Managing resignation formalities, notice periods, handovers, exit documentation, and full-and-final settlement coordination.

Management Coordination: Working closely with senior management, department heads, branch managers, and trainers to address workforce requirements and operational concerns. HR Documentation &
Reporting: Maintaining employee files, recruitment trackers, HR reports, salary records, and other confidential HR documentation.
