Brief Role
Handle End to End Recruitment cycle.
Managing complete recruitment life cycle that includes screening suitable applicants through various channels and interacting with the hiring managers to facilitate the selection and on boarding of shortlisted candidates.
Constant follow up with the candidate until the verdict is on- board.
Ensures the joining of the selected candidates
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
Manage and drive HRIS in the company
Support Head of HR in other HR functions.
